How to Change My Email Address
If your email has changed and you want to update it, you can do so in Account Settings. Once you update your email, the one-time code you receive when you log in to your H&R Block account will be sent to the new email.
To access it from DIY Online Tax Software or Remote Tax Expert (RTE) do the following:

DIY Online Tax Software
To access the Account Settings from the DIY Online Tax Software, click on Account and Account Settings. When you arrive on the page, you can edit your personal information.
Remote Tax Expert (RTE)
To access the Account Settings from Remote Tax Expert, click on Account Settings located on the top right of the screen and edit your personal information.
Important: You can also update your other personal information, such as first and last name, and phone number on the Personal Information section in Account Settings.
