February 24, 2025 Outage - Software Availability is Restored

Our Tax Software experienced a technical issue on February 24, 2025, that may have affected your ability to log into your H&R Block Canada account.

The issue has now been resolved, and the service is fully operational, but we've made an update to how you login to your account.

Important Login Information:

  • New account holders (accounts created between February 12 - 24, 2025) need to;

  • Current account holders (accounts created before February 12, 2025) who've also reset their password between February 12 - 24. 2025 need to;

Whether you are a new or current account holder, you can reset your security question at any time.
