Fix language display – Emails, Login Screens, and SMS

Are your H&R Block notification emails, text messages (SMS), and login screens displaying the wrong language for you?

To fix this, update your browser's default language. Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to your browser’s language settings menu and update your default display language to either French or English.

    Important: If you want your account’s notification emails, text messages (SMS) and login screens to display entirely in French, make sure French is saved as your primary default language (not saved as a secondary or tertiary language etc.). If your primary default language is saved as any another language (for example, Spanish or Arabic), by default, your account’s notification emails and login screens will appear in English.

  2. Save your primary default language.

  3. Once updated, all login screens and future H&R Block notification emails will display in the language of your choosing (French or English).

  4. If you don’t see your chosen language right away, clear your browser’s cache.
