Important: Our Support Team cannot provide tax advice or tax-related information. If you have a tax-related question, we recommend you speak to one of our Tax Experts by purchasing the Expert Help service.
If you’re experiencing a technical issue (like where to find a specific page in our application) or you have a question about your account (for example, you forgot your username or password), contact us with our chat bot service found by clicking the Messenger Bot button on the bottom right of the page in the tax software.

- Our hours of operation appear only if Expert Help support is closed. If you do not see the hours, then Expert Help support is currently available.
- Support in English and French are unavailable on statutory holidays.

- Non-Quebec Returns & English Only Support – For all of Canada, excluding Quebec.
- Quebec Returns & French Support – For Québec only.
