When will I receive my Instant Refund?

After you’ve completed the steps outlined below, a Tax Expert will schedule a call within 48 hours to complete the e-transfer of your Instant Refund. Keep in mind, this doesn’t include Sundays.

You’ll need to complete these steps in Remote Tax Expert (RTE) before you can receive your Instant Refund:

• Electronically sign required forms

• Confirm your personal information to verify your identity

• Upload any documents you used to prepare your tax return
