Relevé 7: Investments in an investment plan (RL-7)
If you purchased, withdrew, or transferred shares/securities from your Cooperative Investment Plan (CIP) in 2023, you’ll be issued a Relevé 7: Investments in an investment plan (RL-7) slip, which reports all of the transactions that occurred during the year.
Where do I enter this?
Follow these steps in H&R Block’s 2023 tax software:

On the left navigation menu, click the Government slips tab, then Smart Search.
- Type RL-7 or relevé 7 in the search field then click the highlighted selection or press Enter to continue.
- When you arrive at the RL-7 page, enter your information into the tax software.
