NETFILE Error Codes 45555, 45566, 90308, 95031
The following CPP/QPP related error codes do not currently have a resolution from the CRA and a return with one can’t be EFILED:
- 45555
- 45566
- 90308
- 95031

Why am I experiencing these errors?
These errors are due to a CRA issue affecting all tax software in Canada. For more information on eligibility for relief and information on the impact of the issue not being resolved before the filing deadline, see EFILE news and program updates.
While the CRA resolves these errors, you can either:
- Print the return and paper file
- Wait for the issue to be resolved and EFILE then
