Error code 351

You will see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2024 tax software if, on the Statement of employment expenses (T777) page, you entered fewer total kilometres driven in 2024 than the total number of kilometres you entered to earn employment income:

On the Statement of employment expenses (T777) form, the kilometres driven in 2024 to earn employment income can’t be higher than the total kilometres driven in 2024. Please correct the number of kilometres entered. [error code: 351]

 

How do I fix this?

On the Statement of employment expenses (T777) page, under the About your vehicle section, ensure you enter more kilometres in the field “How many total kilometres did you drive in 2024” than the number of kilometres you drove to earn employment income.
