Error code 337

You will see the following error in H&R Block’s 2024 tax software if you answered Yes to the question Did you live outside of Canada at any time during the tax year?, but did not enter the date you arrived in Canada:

You need to enter the date you arrived in Canada because you indicated that you immigrated to Canada in 2024. [error code: 337]

 

How do I fix this?

To correct this error, return to the Immigration, Emigration, and Residency Status page and enter the date you arrived in Canada in the Enter the date you arrived in Canada field.
