Error code 327

You will see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2024 tax software if on the T4: Statement of remuneration paid page, you did not enter your PPIP (Provincial parental insurance plan) premiums in box 55:

You need to enter the amount of Employee’s PPIP premiums, as shown in box 55 on the T4 slip received. You can also find this amount on the RL-1 slip in box H (Québec parental insurance plan (QPIP) premium). [error code: 327]

 

How do I fix this?

To correct the error, enter your PPIP premiums in box 55 on the T4 page in the tax software as shown on your T4 slip. This amount can also be found in box H (Québec parental insurance plan (QPIP) premium) on your RL-1 slip.

Note: You can enter your T4 slip on the Smart Search page under the Government slips tabon the left navigation menu. Type T4 in the search field and select the page from the drop-down list or press Enter to continue.
